2008年奥巴马芝加哥获胜演讲（2）

今天我又来了，但是今天不是晚更。而是出现在早上9.49分。

为了实行我的复习计划，克服生理惰性和精神松懈，我决定跟着朋友来到他的店，每天和他上下班。虽然环境没有家里好，不安静，甚至很嘈杂。但是我能够早起，并且进行学习，而不是捧着手机在玩游戏，对着电脑刷副本，这一切是值得的。不管今天做了些什么， 我也非常感恩，同时不能松懈，学习时间有限，话不多说。

平时晚上2300才打卡背单词的我，今天已经完成任务了。现在我们就来学习奥巴马演讲的后面几段。

I was never the likeliest candidate for this office.We didn't start with much money or many endorsements.Our campaign wat not hatched in the halls of Washington,It began in the backyards of Des Moines and the living rooms of Concord and th front porches of Charleston.It was built by working men and women who dug into what little savings they had to give $5 and$10 and $20 to the cause.

以上几段，是继上次感谢完自己的妻子之后，对自己的家人和团队进行感谢。同时描述竞选过程的艰辛。这里我们看到，巴马用过两次grateful，1.grateful to them 2.grateful for what...,这用法的不同应该注意。But above all的连读，让我感觉非常有趣。要多加模仿。
