  2. The US Navy is deploying rescue teams to Argentina to help find a lost Argentine Navy submarine. The vessle disappeared 4 days ago with 44 crew members aboard. It's unclear what happened. The vessle left port in extreme southern Argintina on Wednesday and lost contact on the way to a port on the northeast coast.

The group is demanding the congress ballout the debt-burnened territory and provide more funding for hurricane Maria cleaning out.   4. And in NY 5 people were hurt when a section of a scaffolding crashing down on the sidewalk. It happened during windy weather on Sunday amid Manhatten's busy soho shopping district. The NYPD says all 5 injuries were minor.
