Recently I have been tired ,so I decided to have a good rest. Even though there are many things for me to do , I still choose to stop. I have to make my mind and body relax.
近来，倦意颇深。是故决定长久修养。哪怕诸事未做，也要毅然停下休息。我非要放松心情和身体不可。
Because of busy work , I have no much time to have fun. Meanwhile my grandmother was ill ,so I was worried about her health.因忙于工作，我平时没有娱乐。而且，恰祖母病卧床，忧心难忘。
Sometimes I didn’t do anything , I still felt tired. Maybe I’m not young any more , so I can’t stay up late. Maybe I often get angry so I always feel tired.I know anger is bad for my health, but most of the time I can’t control myself.或乏而无作为，或倦或累！可能我已不再年少，不能熬夜。可能我常暴怒不安，这才疲倦不堪。我深知怒火伤身，然有时又无法自控。
I’m tired. I need to let myself relax. I will give myself a good holiday. My health is the most important part in my life.
