Is reading fiction more enjoyabl

Nowadays, fictions and movies are popular in the world. We may not read a professional book or travel every year, but most of us must read several fictions or watch a certain movie. Everyone have their preferences between fiction and movie. Compare with watching movie, I prefer to read fiction.

Although fictions are made up by words and sentences, so that a lot of people dislike them; their imaginative space contained is incredible. I enjoy the time I stay in novels that I can create my own image of my beloved characters. Whereas, as you are watching the movie, you only can see the understandings of the book created by certain directors which provide you more perspectives limiting your imaginary at the same time.

On another side, a fiction is more concentrative than a movie. If we want to put a fiction into a movie, the director usually will choose to delete some plots — a movie cannot show too much things in one to three hours. In contrast, we can easily finish a fiction in one to three hours.  There are more joyful things in the fictions.

Otherwise, when we meet some plots that we don’t like them or we consider it is boring or useless, we can skip it or glance the content of them in the fiction that we don’t need to bare it as in the movie. As we save our time, we still can know the outline and continue reading at a piece of cake.

The different lengths of fiction also allow readers can pick whatever they feel comfortable which give reader a better sense of reading. They are easier to stop at a point and pick up at another time. Movies always have a same length and have a strict continuity of each plot. They need people provide a part of time to watch them, so that seldom people would say, they want to watch a half of hour movie, pick it up later to continue an other half an hour, and then they finish the rest of all.

We want every thing faster and more convenient in modern society, not to mention the benefits of reading, but it is surly a shorter way to go through the world. In a word, reading fiction is an more enjoyable way than watching movie, just choose it, you will gain a more wonderful world.
