感恩玉师父，帮助我突破自己成长

感恩宇宙，我的新年许愿：将军额上能跑马，宰相肚里能撑船。||欲成大事，莫与草争；将军有剑，不斩苍蝇。

感恩爹爹妈妈，改良一个菜谱—菌菇陈皮豆腐煲。  学习一个总是不实操的菜谱——蚝suan

         

    “为何你成长得那么快，你的力量比我强大那么多？”

　　“因为我勤奋修炼，永不停止让自己变强的步伐。”

　　“我不会小瞧任何人。”

　　骄傲自得最容易被翻盘，这事她见得太多了。

　　穆禹：又内涵他？

　　他见千雁确实没有说谎，有些怔然：“原来是我在虚度光阴？”

　　“知道就好，赶紧喝吧。”（此处为转世投胎喝的美味孟婆汤）

For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

若要优雅的姿态，走路时要记住行人不只你一个。

People, even more than things, have to be restored, revived, reclaimed and redeemed; never throw out anyone.

人之所以为人，是必须充满精力，自我悔改，自我反省，自我成长，并非向人抱怨。

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find them at the end of each of your arms.

当你需要帮助的时候，你可以求助于自己的双手。

As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.

I have to be alone very often. I’d be quite happy if I spent from Saturday night until Monday morning alone in my apartment. That’s how I refuel.
