I installed Scrivener software on my Mac. As you may know, Scrivener is a software for writing purposes. They called it the software for writers. It took me some time to get familia with the software before I could take advantage of many functions and features of the software. It is a very powerful tool for writing. I totally love it!
As I tried importing my previous writing material into the Scrivener file format, I couldn’t help but start trying to write my daily update on Jianshu website in this software. I think from now on I will do all my writing with this software, this way all my work will be better organized.
Here comes my report for today. I went to the beach this morning. It was just my spontaneous decision to go to the beach.

Although we are 25 minutes driving from the nearest beach, I don’t go there as often as I wished. It wasn’t because I was lazy. It was because when I wanted to do any exercises, I would like to do it right away, instead of driving 50 minutes round trip for an hour of exercise.
So I made a trip just for being there to see the ocean and to run on the sand. And guess what, every time I went to the beach, I never regret the time I just “wasted” on driving. I still remember what one of my colleagues told me when I just started working in our company and complained I never had time to go out and have some fun. She said “You make your time, Ok? Because if you don’t, you’ll end up never have any.” That was so true. Even having a good time or experience needs your effort.

I usually go to the beach to run on the sand. If you haven’t done it before, just imagine you run in a sand box in your school campus track field. A 45 minutes run would give your calfs a really good workout. Plus, under the sun and hot weather, it was really intense. And if you haven't tried this, try running on a normal sidewalk afterward, you'd feel so light on your feet as if you were running on a cloud.
This morning I walked and ran for an hour. And I stopped in the middle, paused the stopwatch on my phone and practiced tai chi. When I faced the ocean and started doing that, I felt my mind being so much in peace with the respect of the vast ocean and heaven above. It was a great feeling!
