There are there level of diversity -1.cognitive diversity :diversity of knowledge ,experiences and perspectives or ways of tackle problem.

-2.identity diversity :demographic factors -location, sex , age and generations , nationality etc.

-3.Preference and value diversity  : goals , mission , values and beliefs

Diversity

People are seeking diversity as it brings innovations and expertise to problem solve while it does have its price, it requires a high level of social and collaborative skills and it means finding ways to overcome the unconscious biases that we hold.

Diversity can fuel creative problem solving,while also leads into unproductive and time consuming conflicts
