玉米油80g
牛奶240g
肉松200g
蛋黄8个
蛋白8个
柠檬汁 几滴
白砂糖150g

将蛋黄、牛奶、玉米油混合搅拌均匀

把蛋清放入无水无油容器里,分三次加入白砂糖打发,加入几滴柠檬汁高速打发,打发后分三次加入面糊里,放入模具进行烘烤

烤箱160度25分钟(烤箱温度按自己家烤箱脾气来噢)我做了两大盘,如果想少做点就减量噢~
