This report aims to analyse all customer's complaints and give some solution scheme.
According to the graphic chart shown, we found had received 300 complaints pieces in January, and then this figures rapidly increased to 540 pieces in Feb because our computer system occurs breakdown.
But we dealt with these problems and enhanced the order system introduced so that complaints figures slump to 230 pieces in Mar.
Based on complaints statistics, we should enhance recruit new staff numbers to solve delivery postpone issues.
We should commission have a rich experience colleagues to regularly check our orders to avoid incorrect delivery.
The product quality unsatisfactory problems reduce 28 per cent because our arrange expert to upgrade our product facilities.
