iOS UIView Animation 造成 CPU 爆炸

偷懒用嵌套 UIView Animation 实现 alpha 0 - 1 反复。
当页面在当前页面的时候，没有操作的时候，CPU 会降到 0。
当页面切换出去后，直接 CPU 拉倒 100 以上，并且不下降。
改成 Key Anmation 了。
