盐
要少吃盐。
这个观念流行了很多年了,家里还有多年前政府发的小勺,用来控制烹饪中的盐量。
但是我从来没有系统梳理过关于盐致病的研究和数据。只是有时候会疑惑,这个结论的出发点可靠吗?研究严谨吗?有后续研究跟进吗?
最近看到一本书:The Salt Fix,对我的疑惑作了解答。我虽然不能肯定他都对,但是我欣赏其求证态度。不仅有科学健康的意义,还有启迪心智,开阔视野的作用。

本书出版于2017年,我去年拿到,今年十一长假看的,应该早看的。
