We need to understand the nature of anger, the thought processes that lead to this upsurge of emotion. Ask questions of yourself: "How do I feel? Is the feeling pleasant or unpleasant? What idea is the mind holding that is making it angry? Is something in the mind that is unacceptable?"

我们要理解愤怒的本质,即导致情绪高涨的思维过程。去问自己问题:“我的感受如何?是愉悦还是不快?何种想法占据着心导致了愤怒?心里有什么东西是不能接纳的吗?”
