They drawing a piece of parking  Spaces.

The line is blue.

I'm curious,  So I went there look at about it.

  What's the blue lines means.

Free parking for limited time.

You can only parking there at night.

And you must  drive away at  tomorrow morning.

It's pretty good,  For our neighbors.
