原文:

至治之极。甘美食，美其服，安其居，乐其俗。

译文:

国家治理得好极了，人民吃得香甜，穿得漂亮、住得安适，过得快乐。

我的翻译:

The governance of the state is excellent:

The people eat sweetly,dress well,live

comfortably  and enjoy themselves.
