材料 :
面粉150g 去皮南瓜35g 酵母2g
肉沫适量 藠头一株 南瓜叶适量
准备食材

南瓜切薄片,放蒸锅蒸

揉成两个面团,裹上薄薄的一层面粉,用保鲜膜盖住,发酵

藠头、瓜叶、姜蒜洗净切碎

放入肉沫里,加入各种喜欢的调料,拌包子馅

1小时后,发酵好的面团

刀板上撒些面粉,把白面揉成长条,把南瓜面团擀成长方形

把白的放到南瓜中间,包起来,再把面揉圆一点

切成小剂子

用手掌压平,加入馅开始包包子。全部包好,摆放蒸锅中,大火烧开后转中大火蒸15~18分钟,蒸好再虚蒸3~5分钟
