为了烘托一下圣诞节日气氛,鱼叔也凑热闹,学做一下西餐酒焖鸡腿蔬菜,分享大家。
原料:
1)拆骨鸡腿
2)新鲜蘑菇,西兰花,土豆,洋葱,胡萝卜
3)黄油,白葡萄酒,黑胡椒,蚝油(不同品牌的葡萄酒和蚝油将影响口味)

步骤:
1)鸡腿洗净拆骨,切成两段
2)用适量黑胡椒和蚝油腌制半小时
3)所有蔬菜洗净切块
4)化开黄油煎制鸡腿块至熟

5)使用黄油煸炒洋葱至熟再煸炒其余蔬菜
6)所有食材盛入能耐高温的容器中,加入白葡萄酒,至盖未食材
7)放入170度烤箱中,60分钟至75分钟
