淡奶油200g,紫薯泥100g,盐2g,糖20g(原方80g),高粉450g,全麦粉100g,酵母6g
混合所有的材料,打出结实的手膜,开始基础发酵
基础发酵后,整形,二次发酵,发酵好好后,放进预热的烤箱上下火180度40分钟,上色后要及时盖锡纸
