Students Breakfast and Their Hea

As the table show,55% of students develop a habit of having breakfast regularly,which contributes to their physical health and stamina. However,25% of them consume junk food for their breakfast,leading to unbalance of nutrition. Worse still,20% of them skip breakfast and easily get sick. They also feel hungry and find it hard to concentrate in class.

Given the different breakfast habits,one would assume that parents are responsible for those habits. Sometimes,parents are too busy to cook for their kids,so they offer the kids some cash to save them the trouble. Without supervision,kids would buy attractive food rather than nutritious food,such as fries and cola. Some of them even skip breakfast to save money for movies or comic books.

To tackle this problem,parents had better prepare breakfast for their kids. They could get up half and hour earlier to make breakfast,or prepare the half-finished one the right before. Of course,this sounds like a lot of work on the part of parents. However,extra work is well worth doing for the sake of their kids' health and study.
