D：No. Cancer may also be called malignancy, a malignant tumor, or a neoplasm.  A non-malignant growth or tumor is referred to as benign, which is not cancer.

不是的，癌可以称为恶性、恶性肿瘤或新生物。非恶性肿瘤被称作良性肿瘤，不属于癌。

P：I see. What causes the tumor growth?

D：The exact nature and cause of tumor growth are still unknown.

D：Skin cancer is the most common type of malignancy for both men and women. The second most common type in men is prostate and in wonen, breast cancer.
