According to Architectual firm Gensler, scooters help impact urban organization. On one hand, scooters allow people to reach farther than walking. On the other hand, they are much nimbler and less expensive than cars. These vehicles create another activity radius city planners can work with. Gensler thinks that it is a good idea to give scooters their own lanes.
