安装CocoaPods过程中遇到的问题

一、升级Ruby环境
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
Errno::ETIMEDOUT: Operation timed out - connect(2) (https://ruby.taobao.org/specs.4.8.gz)
解决方法：
1.先把Ruby镜像替换成原来的 gem source -a https://rubygems.org/
2.替换成功后再升级Ruby环境
升级Ruby环境 sudo gem update --system
《ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::EPERM)
Operation not permitted - /usr/bin/update_rubygems （没有权限）》
解决方法：sudo gem update -n /usr/local/bin --system
二、安装CocoaPods
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::EPERM)
Operation not permitted - /usr/bin/xcodeproj （没有权限）
解决方法：sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin cocoapods
