Li Zhi,a popular singer, becomes one of the iconic figures in the independent music circle. In the past two years his main job has been to accomplish his plan: San San Si （“叄叁肆”计划）. It refers to take 12 years to travel through 334 prefecture-level cities in China for live performances. Over the past two years, he and his team have completed 70 performances in more than 60 cities.

In an interview with Gentlemen's Quarterly《GQ智族》 , Li Zhi said,"seriousness is our way of changing society and that we can influence others only if we do well. "This is also the idea he has repeatedly conveyed to the team.

During the tour, Li Zhi insisted on reaching professional standards despite the poor performance conditions in many cities. Therefore, he has a lot of seemingly demanding requirements on the scene, for example, equipment must be placed in certain distance, which means the speaker must be hung up to 3 meters high, pull out a specific radian; the stage should be joined and paved with disposable square carpet and taped with the same color to avoid tripping people. For the sake of rebuilding the field, the team should bring many equipment like 78 electric fans, plug-in boards, electric pens, screwdrivers, iron fences and so forth.

Although LiZhi is tired after performing on stage, he still handles many trivial tasks by himself. The reason is, "You attach great importance to being diligent and serious. It's no use talking about it, you can only show them the things you are doing."

He should remember everyone's living habits, write travel documents for everyone, arrange travel and accommodation, such as a car for smokers, a car for non-smokers, a room for early sleeping and early rising, a room for late sleeping and late rising. Drummers are used to sleeping with the sound of rain playing all night. Guitarians are accustomed to waking up in the middle of the night and smoking. They are all in need of matching roommates.

Li Zhi pushes forward his tour in this way, the scale and scope of which may be unprecedented in the history of live music in China.
