I know you have become the shining star

in the sky

And I know one day we will meet again with angels nearby

you can once more hold me up high

I know the joy of meeting again will make me cry

In heaven I will never have to say goodbye

I can feel your loving eyesight

when I walk along the dark night

I can see your receding figure

when I seek the tender moonlight

So I cry to the stars in the sky

So I smile while missing your eye

So I now live my life as you told me

treasure the valuable moments really

So I keep on walking as a soldier

no one can see even one tear

So I face the life even more bravely
