解决办法：
Windows脚本：cmd
mkdir "%ANDROID_HOME%\licenses"
echo |set /p="8933bad161af4178b1185d1a37fbf41ea5269c55" > "%ANDROID_HOME%\licenses\android-sdk-license"
-- 上面的命令也就是找到自己的android的位置 每个人都不一样 即 ANDROID_HOME找到位置后
找到licenses 修改android-sdk-license里面的key
Android target: android-25 这里指明了 是 25
