现象

• 有时候yarn或者npm安装项目依赖的时候报错
• there appears to be trouble with your network connection. retrying...

解决办法

1. 添加超时时间

• yarn add <yourPackage> --network-timeout 100000
• yarn install --network-timeout 100000

2. 去掉代理proxy

npm config rm proxy
npm config rm https-proxy
