这次在清迈一个重要的目的就是提升英语和泰语,有过在清迈快速提升语言的经历,这个难得的经历告诉我,我之前十几年的学习方式是错的,语言是工具,一如思维导图这个思维工具,工具是用的,越用越熟练,知识才是学的。
最近也看了一些关于提升英语的资讯,还是要从自己的兴趣点开始,可以持续应用,这样提升就快。昨天逛书店,被烹饪的书吸引住,爱美食的我突然来了主意,那我就从食物入手,这是我的兴趣,每周也要采购或在外吃饭,每日做饭,可以大量练习。
超市、菜场就是我的“教室”,卖家、服务生和有道词典和Talking Thai 软件就是我的老师。

今天分享一篇食谱-----芥蓝炒咸鱼
Stri-fried Chinese kale with salted fish
Ingredients
Chinese kale 140 grams
1/2 tablespoon garlic,minced and fried
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 salted mackerel slice,about 1cm thick
3 tablespoon water
Fried minced garlic for topping
Preparation
1. Clean the Chinese kale thoroughly.Discard any old leaves.Have lengwise if the stalks are large.Slice the stalks diagonally and cut the leaves into 1.5inches long.Put aside.Combine fried garlic and sugar in the same sauce dish,put aside.
2.In a pan ,heat the oil over medium heat.Fry the salted mackerel until it is golden and done.With a spatula,mash the fish and remove any bones.Add the Chinese kale and turn to high heat.Sprinkle some water over,stri-frying quickly until everything is done and combine.Remove from the heat.
3.Top with fried minced garlic.Serve hot.
