解析器
因为开发人员post请求上传数据时,传递的数据类型不同,我们可能在request._request.POST中获取不到数据
case1: Content-Type : application/x-www-form-urlencoded
服务端接收到的post请求的数据格式:username=xxxxx&age=18&sex=男
我们就可以在request._request.POST中获取到数据
