* practicable

- Something is practicable if it's feasible, if it can be done or used.

- A route or passage is practicable if it can be traversed.

*practical

- Useful, able to be put to good use in practice/ reasonable to do or use

--> practically

- For practical purposes, in a practical manner

- For all intents and purposes

- Virtually, almost

总结:

- Practicable never describes people, while practical is used of both people and things.

- Not everything that's practical is practicable. For instance, although it might be very practical to be able to change a flat tire, you might not have the time or opportunity to learn how.  So a plan to learn tire-changing skills wouldn't be practicable for you.

* Pragmatic

- A pragmatic person is practical as opposed to idealistic

--> pragmatism
