今天又是一个无眠之夜啊

今晚还在背诵第7篇，其实坚持有第九天了吧

今天有9个句子

每一个句子有抄写15遍，用时11点半到凌晨两点共计用时：2个半小时

今日感想：1、还是坚持下来了

2、调整方法先背一遍然后再抄写效果要好些

3、今天励志还有12篇，我也要开始减肥了准备辟谷了……

4、还是要加强背诵的效果还有效率啊

5、图片上不了啊……

题目：nasty place

1-then the time come for you to be your own man and take on the world and you did .

2-but somewhere along the line ,you changed.

3-you stopped being you .

4-you let people stick a finger in your face and tell you you re no good.

5-and when things got hard ,you stared looking for a blame like a big shadow.

6-let me tell you somethings you already known.

7-the world ain t all sunshine and rainbows

8-it s a very mean and nasty place ,and I don’t care how tough you are.

9-it  will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it .

这个世界只会看重结果不会看你努力的过程，但我愿意去付出努力……
