My friend recommended me Tan Studio just after I signed the agreement for buying the resale property.

I'm still not sure about renovation style before meeting Delson, the designer, and founder of Tan's studio as well.

Actually, I didn't make decision until I met several IDs after Tan studio. After comparison of quotation/schedule/design ability/after-sale service/Q&A, yes, even the way that they answer all kinds of my questions,  Tan studio was my final selection, and even now, after we moved in for 3 months, I still think it was really a wise chosen.

I decided to sign contract with  Tan studio 1 month before I got key, and I was really impressed of how the ID constantly updating us on the renovation process.

During the reno process, I got lots of updates since some situation as we thought before----you know reno on a resale flat, you need to make a lot trade-off on cost and nice. Thanks to Tan, always can provide me a perfect solution.

I use the electrician which also recommend by Tan, who is also very responsible. I called him several times for the socket issues, he was quite kind and solved it fast every time.

Every reno project can't be smooth from start to end, we would have different kinds of problem, like you change your mind on reno style,  you don't like the color your choose ---- color on wall is really different from that you choose from sample card----I mean it also related with lighting，window direction， even layout of light if you check at night.

Also, you may need to change tiles, kitchen cabinet, sink, even layout of light...So many things included in a reno project, we can't check everything by ourselves, but IDs could help us.  Again, thanks to Tan, updated with me and provided me the professional pieces of advice whenever any problem popped up.

Finally,  talked about the after sale service. You know, we can't say that the quality of a reno is quite good until I move in. For me, I got sewer blockages right after I moved in, the sewer fo my master shower got blocked by something (it turned out to be construction rubbish).  I called back Tan and asked for checking.

They replied immediately and fixed it thoroughly. I just asked to change the pipe which would solve the problem while they suggested opening one of the floor tiles to make sure the sewer below was really been cleared. ---thanks for being so professional and thoughtful.

I recommended Tan to one of my colleagues just after my reno,  he also satisfied with their work. If I do reno next time, will definitely choose Tan again.
