Don't watch the video for a long time, it can make you lost the opportunity to read a book or finish a to do list. When you practice the to do list you can feel the satisfaction because you can grow up better with the practice.

Actually it hasn't any meaningful to spend the time to talk some meaningless words. They just talking about the thing with people or work around them.

I have thought maybe we could talk about some different things such as a book or an opinion about the author. I thought that would be very interesting while with the time flies I feel a little boring.
