SE related essential factors

    Three essential factors that constrain software projects are quality, cost and schedule. Furthermore, the factors that determine software quality are technician, technique and process. Now software process among these factors is what I am about to research mainly.

    First of all, I aim to clarify the significant features about the CMM. CMM is a method to evaluate software development capability of organization and help to improve software quality. It lays particular emphasis on process management and improvement and evaluation of engineering capability.It divides the maturity of software process into five levels: Initial, repeatable, defined, managed,optimizing.

    Eventually, I mean to figure out the distinctness between CMM and CMMI.The Capablity Maturity Model Integration specifically concentrate on software process improvement.
