Make past pass

I am 25 years old. Most of my friends have married or work. But I am still alone and have no a certain job, because I want to be a postgraduate student. I have spent two years for it.

This evening, one of my good friends calls me for two hours. Some friends are always around you when you need them. She and me may be like this. In fact, we have not talked somthing important, but only shared her travel and the boy who travels with her. She feels happy and content when she saw ocean, but she also feels sad because of the boy. From her narration, I think the key point of her sadness is their emotional contradiction. The boy can't understand my friend's gladness. And he tells my friend he can't become her boyfriend, after serious consideration. There might be other reason.
