出院~电子邮件准则

原本计划的很好，想要安排吃一顿非常丰盛的出院餐，但实际事与愿违，点了两个菜，剩了一个半，真的是大病初愈，不易进步太多，尤其是人比较少的时候，买什么多了都会剩，今天点的菜有点失败，太油了，下次换一个。

Some useful Email tips：

1 Email is fast. But you should take your time writing an Email.

2 Make Email easy to read:

Write in short paragraphs.

Use white space.空白空间。

Use bullet points.项目符号。

Use short sentences.

3 Be careful with emotions and humor.

Avoid jokes or strong emotional language such as that is stupid.

Avoid over using exclamation marks.惊叹号。

4 Be clear and specific.

5 Write one Email per topic.

6 Check your Email for any mistakes.
