MT2503D自定义AT命令

添加AT命令及对应处理函数

在mcu\custom\common\ps\customer_at_command.c文件中找到custom_cmd_table数组，添加自己需要的AT命令及对应的处理函数，如下：

custom_cmdLine声明如下：

typedef struct

    short  position;
    short  length;
    char   character[COMMAND_LINE_SIZE + NULL_TERMINATOR_LENGTH];
} custom_cmdLine;

position为定义的AT命令的最后一个位置的索引，如AT+test，其position = 6，增加1即跳过=号，取后面的参数。
