《论语》学而篇（四）

【原文】曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身。为人谋而不忠乎？与朋友交而不信乎？传不习乎？”

【英译文】The philosopher Tsang said, "I daily examine myself on three points:-whether, in transacting business for others, I may have been not faithful;-whether, in intercourse with friends, I may have been not sincere;-whether I may have not mastered and practiced the instructions of my teacher."

【白话文】曾子说：“我每天多次反省自己，为别人办事是不是尽心竭力了呢？同朋友交往是不是做到诚实可信了呢？老师传授给我的学业是不是复习了呢？”

【个人心得】“你们要省察自己的行为。”省察是个人进步必要的过程。总结是一件事的终点也是下一件事的起点，总结的目的在于避免在同一件事上犯同样的错误。曾参说要多次省察忠、信和自身培养。
