2.2 合成步骤
第一步：
带有羧基的磁球与带有氨基的单链DNA相连；一共96个孔（96孔板），每个孔中的Barcode1相同，孔与孔之间的Barcode1不同；把96个孔中的液体混合后再分配到一个新的96孔板的96个空中，用作第二步第二步：加上
Barcode2；一共96个孔（96孔板），每个孔中的Barcode2相同，孔与孔之间的Barcode2不同；把96个孔中的液体混合后再分配到一个新的96孔板的96个空中，用作第三步第三步：加上
Barcode2和UMI；每个孔中的Barcode3相同，孔与孔之间的Barcode3不同，每个Barcode3对应的UMI不同结果： 同一个磁力球上的
