brook in forest

Is already autumn now. Darkred fallen leaves covered every inch of the forest, mixing with the lush shrub and moss, creating a harmonious and vivifying landscape painting. A silk-like brook that has its source away back in the deepth of the wood winds its way up through the valley. It is narrow, yet the stream water is not still. The golden-like sunshine splits the luxuriantly green trees and eventually splashes on the glistening ripples, making it eye-catching and breath-taking. Those fallen trees and trunks, which might be brought down by a gust of devastating strong wind, are lying in different angles over or dipping into the brook. Stones of various distinct sizes in the course of the brook add setbacks to the running water, yet can never easily stumble the advancing pace of the brook.
