解决方案

找出本地flutter 安装目录

1. echo $PATH 作者的 /Users/mac/development/flutter
2. ls -a
3. 删除 .pub-cache 目录里面的所有缓存
4. cd /Users/mac/development/flutter/.pub-cache
5. 再执行flutter run

如果更新了flutter

可以采用暴利删除

cd ~/code/flutter_project  (进入到flutter项目中)
sudo rm -rf  .ios 
flutter build ios 就可以了
