Woke up at 6:30
7.5 km run from home to beach complete in 54minutes
Swam around 25mins for 9 laps
And then 7.5km bike ride back home 40mins
9:50am tea break
11:00-12:50 play golf
1pm lunch break
3.30pm went out to property and talked to Bruce
5.30pm-6.30pm boxing training
7.30pm swing speed sticks light and heavy both sides 30reps
8ish Watch and learn from golf videos on YouTube while working on gripper 100 each hand
Then writing my 007 homework at the last minute....
DONE!
