Day 51:)Should university tuitio

It's universally acknowledged that university education is available to small groups of excellent students.Nevertheless,the tuition fees seem to be a huge burden of those less affluent students.Some of them even have to drop out of school for lack of money.If government pay the bills,those students will be relieved and more students will be encouraged to study hard to get high education.
