无论怎样忠诚与执着

再也回不到昔日的山河

No matter how loyal and persistent

You can never return to the mountains and rivers of the past

所有的结局都已经包好

所有伤痛都在小舟里穿梭

All the endings have been wrapped up

All the pain is shuttling back and forth in the boat

就着这江边的民谣

你被楚韵揉碎

With this riverside ballad

you are crushed by Chu poetry

碎成《天问》的章节

在那个古老的夏日飘摇成风波

Broken into chapters of "Questioning Heaven"

Fluttering into a storm in that ancient summer

无论怎样呐喊

只有渔父们陪着你吟哦

No matter how you shout

Only the fishermen accompany you when you intonate

古城落日刀光剑影，四面角声

在你的心里血流成河

At sunset in the ancient city are flashes and shadows of swords, bugles sounding on all sides

In your heart blood is flowing like stream

芳草萋萋野马嘶风

青春淹没成猎猎楚歌

Grass grows so luxuriantly, wild horses screaming in the wind

Youth is submerged into rustling Chu poetry

年年粽叶葱茏芝兰茂盛

雄黄艾叶芬芳成鼓点声声

Year after year leaves of zongzi are verdant with flourishing scent grass

Realgar and mugwort give off fragrance with the sound of drums

你羽化的楚辞已开成各色香草

你魂归的大江起凤腾蛟

Your feathered songs of Chu have blossomed into all kinds of scent grass

Phoenixes and dragons rise from the river where your soul returns

龙舟的激越号子让一江诗韵

唱遍你守望的荆楚苍穹

The thrill call of the dragon boat racers

makes a river of rhymes

Sing all over the firmament of Jingchu where you keep watch
