决策曲线分析

• 决策曲线分析是评估预测模型，诊断测试和分子标记的简单方法。

• 该方法首次在2006年由MSKCC的 Vickers AJ博士发表在 Medical Decision Making杂志上，Vickers AJ, Elkin EB. Decision curve analysis: a novel method for evaluating prediction models. Medical Decision Making. 2006 Nov-Dec;26(6):565-74.，相对于ROC曲线还是比较年轻的一种方法.

• 2008年又进一步在该杂志上详细描述了该方法: Steyerberg EW, Vickers AJ. Decision curve analysis: a discussion. Medical Decision Making. 2008 Jan-Feb;28(1):146-9.

• 2008年11月，Vickers AJ又进一步扩展了 DCA的应用范围，推广到了生存资料的分析，用于评估诊断试验，分子标志，预测模型：Vickers AJ, Cronin AM, Elkin EB, Gonen M. BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making. 2008 Nov 26;8(1):53.
