Conflict management
Last time I have shared some information about how to manageconflict in our daily life also raised up a session of table topic to discuss .but I still think that this method is not clearly presented to everyone.
Maybe people just knew some basic concepted words about conflict .don’t exactly get knowhow how to apply it into our life .
I am sure that now you still remember three phases of conflict ifyou attended meeting last twice times, respectivelydifference discord , dispute
As we know , difference is positive factor in the conflict . theright way we should embrace , even sometime some words & viewpoints & ideasall these are considered as awful noises . if positive attitude towards differencewe have . everything will be changed . everythingwill be new .
New generations are gradually stepped into companies . and build newrules for their bosses in the company . for example last time cindy shared astory that her colleague shouted to her boss , and express his feeling of disgustingboss’s management style . the right way this boss immediately is aware of this primarystep of conflict . should take action of embracing instead of angry or argue .then boss need to consider what he can improve in his daily . if do these verywell, it is possible to inspire subordinatesto be better or be stronger.
you can imagine if the boss can’t handle difference very well. immediatelyboss criticize his subordinate after he gets bad words. The case escalate tonext step which is so called discord. The right way boss need to take action . keepopen mindset , try to get whole background of disgusting ,then discuss why to engenderhis feeling . then develop a solution to eliminate his feeling .
if a solution fail to be accepted , then go to last step which isdispute . what we should do ? mediate themeasures we take is that clearly state ground rules at beginning of talking , keep neutral objective during the communication. at last encourage people keep confidentto face any challenge !
