The Great Pacific Garbage Patch containing tons of discarded plastic litter has been ignored by lawmakers, who had never made any law about the banning of throwing garbage into the ocean. The legislators should make notice of this fact and take a “voyage” or “vacation” from California to Hawaii, and create a law of environmental protection.
