配置Testing功能HTTP Remote File Perm

原来在Eclipse中安装TestNG插件时，一般使用的是链接：http://beust.com/eclipse

但是最近发现该链接不能用了，报如下错误：

HTTP Remote File Permanently Removed: http://beust.com/eclipse/compositeContent.xml
错误的意思是该下载链接永久不可用了！

可使用以下新的链接：http://dl.bintray.com/testng-team/testng-eclipse-release/

具体安装步骤和原来一样。
