Monday week-1(8.14)

Today, the TWU tour officially begins.It's session all day long.In the morning, our sessions are Welcome to TWU and Team Roles in Context. The important context is the responsibility for BA/XD, QA, DEV, PM, CP/BD. We play games to feel the responsibilities of each position. Although I played this game before I entered the company in xi 'an, I can't do it well again.Colleagues in other countries are actively expressing their views. As long as I understand the problem, I also try to express my opinion.But it's really hard to understand what they're saying.

In the afternoon, sessions are about coaching and effective feedback.About coach session is new for me, and about feedback is that I have listened in Xi'an. RunDong，a chinese coach , talked the coaching session. this is the most clear session I heve participated in.

summary: During the all day session, sometimes I couldn't understand what the foreign coach and other friends were saying, and sometimes I wanted to participate in their discussions without knowing what the problem was.
