How to improve the company’s hum
In the company, if a staff wants to quit, the reasons generally contain less salary, bad environment, limited development space, lack of humanized administration and so on. Per the empirical data, there are three reasons found, which include money, prospect and affection, and the root of these problems comes from humanities culture. Today, I’d like to share with you some suggestions about how to improve the company’s humanities culture.
First, I’d like to emphasize the flexible management. Comparing with the traditional rigid management, its intrinsic actuation, influence durability and invigorative effectiveness are very remarkable. Thus, if the company just only performs some political concerns or a little economic stimulus, it can’t solve the main problem. We know, the company is the employees’ all they live on and the company’s flourish or recession affects every staff’s life. We can try to think, if a company can’t provide a working post or a regular salary for the staff to make their lives, talking about the humanities culture is unmeaning. So, valuing the flexible management means, even facing the difficulties, the company must ignite the staffs’ hope and seek for better development.
Second, perfecting systems with various insurances per the “Labor Law” is very essential. In this way, the company can effectively safeguard employee’s lawful rights and interests. Besides, the company should adjust the pay for performance program in time, and be concerned about some employees with financial difficulties.
Third, the company must focus on importance of talents and personal training to make product technology always rank the lead in the Market. In our company, the humanities culture has formed a standard process. Whatever clerks in the office or common operators in the production line, the company arranges the related training once a quarter. The training topic mainly includes communication and trust. For example, on the communication training, all administrators are required that they must treat all employees as they treat each customer, so that let every employee has a feeling to be respected.
Finally, in improving the company’s humanities culture, holding some team-building activities is also necessary. The activities not only can promote the company’s culture propaganda, but also can strengthen the communication between managers and employees. In our company, each department is required to hold a team-building activity every month. Last year, a total of twelve team-building activities were held in our department, for example, fellowship activity, climbing mountain, picnic, making fruits platter, making dumpling and so on. Indeed, these activities not only increase affection between employees, but also enhance employees’ career quality.
