1.还原操作系统到初始状态
2.重新安装Xcode
3安装python3环境：
安装Homebrew
3.1 安装 xcode-select 终端输入 xcode-select --install
3.2打开终端，打开Homebrew的官网 https://brew.sh/index_zh-cn.html
在终端输入：/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
