Day4: Persist in writing for Dat

Today I want to share with you guys one thing that happened yesterday. As usual, I should write it last night, but I was so sleepy at that time, so this morning I wrote.

You know, my boss let me stop in a meeting room aftet discussing, yeah, I think you can guess my role is a woker in a company. My boss asked me some questions, he said: hi, Barry(My English name), you have come here for almost a month, and I want to what you had learned for this month. I said: OK, no problem.

So, he asked the question as he said, and for me, I think I know something well because I indeed was a good worker, I work hard and do my best. However, I found the question he asked was about "why", not for "how".

Such as: why should u do this? Did you understand it? Yeah, as you imagined, I couldn't answer his questions, but that give me great ideas about my job.

Well, I think most time some people just do a thing and know how to do it well, but actually don't know the reason why should I do this. Maybe, they couldn't make themselves understood, I think it's horrible, because it just like a factory to product wokers, you will replaced if there are no thoughts, no ideas.

Because everyone can do that thing as you.

I hope that you guys should ask the question why should I do this and keep good curiosity about everything. Have an intention to know something and date back to its origin.

That is what I want to share.
